Privacy policy for GLP-1

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Tap & Swipe handles information when you use GLP-1 (the "App") and the GLP-1 pages on tap-and-swipe.com.
GLP-1 is designed to help you track your medication routine and weight journey without creating an account or sending your health entries to Tap & Swipe servers.
The short version
- No account. You do not need to create a Tap & Swipe account to use the App.
- No server database for your health entries. We do not operate a Tap & Swipe backend that stores your shot logs, dosage details, weight entries, notes, or onboarding answers.
- No sale of personal data. We do not sell your personal information or health information.
- No targeted advertising based on health data. We do not use your health entries for advertising.
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. If the App offers paid features, purchase status may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat so the App can unlock those features.
Information you may enter in the App
Depending on which features you use, the App may let you enter information such as:
- Medication name and dose
- Injection date, time, frequency, and site
- Current weight, goal weight, and weight progress
- Notes, side effects, preferences, and onboarding answers
- Notification and reminder preferences
This information is used to provide the App's tracking features. We do not save this health information to a Tap & Swipe server.
Local storage
The App may store your information locally on your device so the App can remember your settings and show your tracking history. If you delete the App or clear its data, local information may be deleted from your device.
Your device operating system may offer backups or sync features, such as iCloud device backups. Those platform features are controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by Tap & Swipe.
App Store purchases and subscriptions
If GLP-1 includes paid features, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may process an app-generated user identifier, purchase metadata, product identifiers, renewal status, and similar information needed to unlock paid features and troubleshoot purchases.
Information from contact requests
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and any details you include. Please avoid sending sensitive health details unless they are necessary for your request.
We use contact messages only to respond to you, handle support, and keep reasonable records of the conversation.
Website information
The GLP-1 pages on tap-and-swipe.com are informational pages. They are not designed to collect health data. Standard server logs may include technical details such as IP address, browser, device type, requested URL, and timestamp for security, debugging, and reliability.
Third-party services
Apple App Store
- Purpose: App distribution, purchase processing, subscription management, refunds, and platform services.
- Data handled: Apple handles payment and App Store account information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
RevenueCat
- Purpose: Subscription entitlement and purchase status management.
- Data handled: App-generated identifiers, purchase status, product IDs, renewal state, and related purchase metadata.
We do not authorize these services to use your GLP-1 health entries for targeted advertising.
Information we do not collect
Unless you contact us directly, we do not collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your precise location
- Your Apple ID
- Your medication logs or weight entries on Tap & Swipe servers
How we use information
We use information only as needed to:
- Provide and maintain the App
- Remember local settings and preferences
- Manage subscriptions and paid features
- Respond to support, privacy, or legal requests
- Keep the website and App reliable and secure
- Comply with legal obligations
Health data
Information about medications, injections, symptoms, weight, and related notes can be sensitive health information. We design GLP-1 so this information is not stored in a Tap & Swipe server database.
If you choose to include health details in a support email, we treat that information as sensitive and use it only to respond to your request.
Data retention
- Device-local App data: Retained on your device until you delete it in the App, clear App data, or uninstall the App.
- Subscription data: Retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies and as needed to manage purchases.
- Support emails: Retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
- Website logs: Retained for a limited period for security, debugging, and reliability.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information.
Because GLP-1 does not store your health entries on Tap & Swipe servers, many choices are handled directly on your device:
- Delete entries in the App where available.
- Delete the App to remove local App data from your device.
- Manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- Contact us for privacy requests related to support messages or other information you sent to us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for information we process, including HTTPS for the website and limited access to support communications. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect information we handle.
Children's privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country or region if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
Tap & Swipe operates from France. Information you send to us may be processed in France, the European Union, the United States, or other locations where our service providers operate.
European users
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar regions, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
